  • You can return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it.
  • To make a return, send an email to commercialesentimentovintage@gmail.com containing the order references
  • The return is at the customer's expense. The return costs are at the customer's expense.
  • The responsibility for what happens during shipping (loss, theft, damage, etc.) is  of the customer. If the goods are damaged during transport, the customer will be notified and will be able to contact the courier and collect the product at his own expense and the return will be cancelled.
  • Returns are not permitted on items on promotion or discount.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and packaged as received. Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. If the item is damaged, the customer may be charged for the costs of such damage or the return may be refused and the item may be collected from our warehouse at the customer's expense.
  • Keep in mind that since all pieces are unique it is not possible to replace the item with another size. The return request must have a valid reason in respect of our work and customers who in this way lose the opportunity to purchase the item.

If the returned item is damaged, we may charge you for any decrease in value. If the damage is such as to invalidate the right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The product will remain at our premises and may be collected at the buyer's expense.
